Who handles maintenance & repairs?
We have an on-staff maintenance team that handles day to day maintenance requests. The cost for maintenance is billed at a service call charge, flexible depending on technician, covering the first hour and maintenance hourly pay after that, billed by the quarter hour.
Move-in/ Move-out inspections for all units. Reports are tracked and time stamped on an online software system. This helps to calculate deposit return, if any, and tracks history should any legal matters arise.

Appliance repair
Preventative Maintenance:
We perform quarterly preventative maintenance on all units, which include filter changes, smoke alarm & fire extinguisher check.
This helps HVAC maintenance and allows a quick inspection of the unit. We keep record of all inspections done.
10% material fee added to all supplies used for maintenance. We strive to handle all repairs in house, if possible. HVAC and major repairs are contracted, as last resort.
